During the service, we will check to ensure that the boiler is operating at the correct pressure. We’ll do a flue test to make sure your boiler isn’t emitting anything unsafe. We’ll check out the entire boiler and its controls to make sure everything’s working correctly and we will check for any corrosion or leaks.
While we’re with you, we’d be happy to give advice on how to keep your boiler running healthily. We’ll answer any questions you may have.
As well as servicing, we can also conduct gas reports (CP12s) for landlords and letting agents. These are a legal requirement for the safety of tenants. For convenience, we can organise our visit directly with the tenants, then send the completed report to the landlord.
